Following new RCVS guidelines, we have had to take the decision to remain OPEN for EMERGENCIES and sick animals only.

We are now providing telephone consultations for non-emergency cases ensuring your pet still gets the care and attention that they need. For full details please visit this article.

For these patients we will be here normal hours, 8.30am – 7pm. We will also be here for medication and food orders.

On Saturday we will be open 9-12 noon. We will not be running our Sunday morning clinic for now. But Vets Now will be as available at all times when we are not open, for emergencies and urgent care.

In all cases, we ask that you call us prior to coming down so that we can know when to expect you. On arrival please remain in your car and phone the practice to let us know you are here. We will then collect your pet from the car and perform a full physical exam in the practice with our nursing staff, including giving any treatment needed. The vet will then update you and card payment will be taken via phone.

If you are collecting a pre-ordered prescription, again please ring to let us know you have arrived. We will then bring your order out to you.

To clarify, this unfortunately means we will not be carrying our puppy vaccinations, routine boosters, kennel cough vaccinations or neutering.

We may be operating with a much-reduced staff than usual so please bear with us if there is a delay in us answering the phone or bringing meds out to you.

As ever, if you have any questions or uncertainties, give us a call on 01743 360 614 and we will do our best to help.
