We are extremely proud of our Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme (PSS) accreditation.
To become accredited, practices volunteer for rigorous assessment by an RCVS PSS Inspector every four years (and are subject to spot checks between assessments) to ensure the highest standards of veterinary care are maintained. Areas assessed include anaesthesia, pain management and welfare, infection control, in-patient facilities, diagnostic imaging, dentistry, client experience, the practice team and environmental sustainability.
Our most recent inspection took place in February and our team were delighted to be rewarded for all their hard work and commitment to caring for our clients and patients by receiving reaccreditation from the RCVS.
