The last 10 months have certainly been challenging for a lot of people in a lot of different ways.
Back in March 2020 when we were first told to ‘Stay at Home’ no-one could have imagined how we would all be affected by COVID-19. During this time the Copthorne Team has remained committed, resilient, and most of all positive. Some staff have been furloughed, been shielding, been isolated, but as a team, we have been determined to look after the well being of our clients and the health of their pets.
We have adapted and changed our services as directed by the government and our governing bodies and have gone from only offering emergency appointments and procedures, back to our full service, and then back to offering only essential appointments, and delaying those deemed otherwise. The most important thing for all of us is to stay safe and we want to reassure you of our Covid safety procedures.
As most of you will have visited us in the last 12 months you will already be familiar with a lot of them! The addition of the gazebo outside our reception doors has provided a sheltered waiting area and collection point, and we have invested in an outdoor consulting room, in our private garden, for euthanasias so that our clients can be with their pets should they wish.
We want to thank all our wonderful clients for being patient with us and supporting us over the last 12 months. We are still here to treat your pets and provide them with the care they need, it is seeing them that has kept us all going!
Thank you!
