Receptionist Lauren makes running our busy reception look easy! But there is a lot more to being a veterinary receptionist than simply answering the phone and greeting clients.

From managing the diary for our vets and nurses, dispensing medication, educating our clients on preventative health care for their pets, dealing with medical emergencies, ensuring insurance claims are completed, referring patients for specialist treatments, the list goes on. And Lauren does all this with a smile.

Lauren has been studying incredibly hard to complete the British Veterinary Receptionist awards and has successfully passed the highest level and is now a Registered Veterinary Receptionist. We are extremely proud of Lauren and everything she does for our clients and their pets on a daily basis. Here she is with her beloved pug Martha.
